创造中国汇编语言 {通过一系列方案将中文转为高效的"中文编码规范"}  
通过一系列方案将中文转为高效的ASC码(中文ASC规范，如罗马字母的ASCII_86)  
            比如:一|ˋ八ㄥ,  
方法：把中文的笔划一一编为十进、制十六进制的数字“编码”  
注意：1.中文笔划的数量要比英文字母的数量少;  
            2.中文一个字就相当英文一个词；  
            3.所以同样的一个意义，用中文与用英文是没有什么区别的。  
问题：1.同一组比划会出现组合出多个汉字的可能（用五笔的都知道吧）
              如：土与士，人和八  
解决方法：1.用一定的规则定义。（不知道现在中国有没有人  
                      有好的规则，方法）
